How to Find Us
Once you have left the cities behind you, travelling to Duff House by car will remind you of the pleasures of driving. Consider the last part of your journey the start of your holiday, relax and enjoy the quieter roads and open countryside that leads you to your first glimpse of the sea.
Banff can be reached from the south via Aberdeen (approximately 47 miles, 1 ½ hours, A947 to Banff) or from the north via Inverness (approximately 70 miles, 1 hour 40 minutes, A96 to Fochabers, then A98 to Banff). Duff House is well signposted. Arriving at Duff House from the east and south take the first turn left after the bridge over the River Deveron. Arriving at Duff House from the west drive through Banff and turn right after the junction at St Mary's car park (on left). If you are using a GPS system our post code is AB45 3SX.
Parking is free, easy and there is plenty of it at the children's play area and also in the wooded area. Both are open all year round.
Coach parking is also free and the coach park is located at the Duff House Royal Golf Club located to the north of the house. Drivers can drop off passengers at the east of the House by using the drive leading to the back of the House signposted Service and Disabled entrance. Please note Coaches must be parked in the coach park whilst the group is visiting the House.
Parking for disabled visitors is available at the east side of the House or in the car park closest to the play area. To reach the east side entrance just follow the drive leading to the back of the House signposted Service and Disabled entrance.

Duff House is well served by air, rail and road. The nearest airports to Duff House are Dyce airport in Aberdeen and Inverness, both within easy driving distance of the Banffshire Coast.
